Auckland, New Zealand 2010 (Part Four)
Dear went back to Gold Coast two days earlier than me…So I was left alone to do shopping by myself >.<
A picture of me before departing to the city for shopping ^^
This is Palace Hotel of Auckland which is more than 100 years of history.
I was walking beside the hotel and one of the brick drop down in front of me..
*MY BIG SHOCK OF MY LIFE*
And I saw cracks all around the building.
After a few minutes, I heard sirens all over the street and the fire fighters were evacuating us to the opposite streets..
They stop every possible way heading to the direction.
All the people were standing there and looking on what is going on in front of the sky tower.
Even TV telecast it LIVE
I heard that the building was later demolished during midnight.
It was so hard for me to say goodbye to this beautiful city.
Yet is time to go home.
I took the bus with only NZD 21 to have a look at the nice scenery of the city again while I on my way to airport.
Goodbye Auckland~
and Hope that I will see you real soon in the future <3 ^^

And some co-incidence, Something nice happen and enable me to make this trip in a very last minute decision without any planning.
This is my FIRST time going for a trip without a proper planning about the budget. This is very RISKY!
Further more, I might end up paying higher fare price >.<

While Dear fly in later with Jetstar from Gold Coast.

Compliment Letter to Jetstar!

Dear JetStar.com
I am Joyline Chai, in case you are a email back log officer, you would not know who I am. I am one of your passenger on the flight from Penang to Singapore on 13th November 2010 on SK 0676 Seat 12A.
I am writing in this letter of compliment to show my appreciation and thankful thoughts to JetStar (Penang check in counter -41) customer service executive whom I forgot to take down their names.
I arrived at the Penang International Airport at 3.05pm and realised that I’ve forgotten my passport. I was force to drive back from the airport which located almost 50km distance from my house.
It is very impossible for me to reach the airport back at 4.15pm (45minutes before the departure time 5.05pm) with my passport.
The Customer Service Executive were giving me a helping hand at this critical time by checking in my luggage and my seat for me with my online printing tickets and further more they allowed me to collect my tickets at 4.30pm so that I could make my flight to Singapore.
This was something that touched my heart and makes me feel committed with this airline!
I’ve came across a lot of budget airline in the country and overseas, but I never been so touched with the helping hand with had shown like JETSTAR DOES!
Because I was able to catch the flight on time to Singapore, therefore I was able to get my connecting flight to Auckland via Singapore International Airline without re-arranging my schedule and paying any extra cost!
Words would only explain the condition I was facing at that very moment and the excellent assistant from your stuff.
But the warm feeling of being assist by the excellent services will always remembered in my heart.
AGAIN
THANK YOU JETSTARS!
Thanks to Jetstar for the excellent customer service assistant so that I could manage to catch my flight to Auckland.
Excellent Services from this airline enable me to be on top of the MOUNT EDEN in Auckland.
Thank You JETSTAR!
